History of the Attorney. Richard E. Hemb admitted to practice by the California Bar(1992), by the Eastern District of California (1992), by the Supreme Court of the United States Tax Court. Mr. Hemb specializes in estate planning which includes the architecture of all forms of trusts and wills. His expertise includes legal consultation in regards to estates in probate, whether or not a will or trust is provided. Other areas of legal focus include, but are not limited to, the laws affecting seniors for providing long term health care, asset protection through the retirement years, and their rights in cases of senior abuse within the long term health care system or in private care.
